Accreditation & Licensing
Med College Malta is licensed by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) under Licence Number 2022-009.
The MFHEA is the national regulatory body responsible for the licensing, accreditation, and quality assurance of further and higher education institutions in Malta. MFHEA operates within the framework of the Malta Qualifications Framework (MQF), which is referenced to the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), ensuring that qualifications awarded by MCM are recognised and comparable across the European Higher Education Area.
All programmes offered by MCM are submitted to the MFHEA for accreditation and are designed in accordance with the Bologna Process standards, including the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) and the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG).
